Membership Information
Purpose
The Hoosier AMC Club is an active non-profit car club for those who are interested in the restoration and preservation of American Motors Corporation Vehicles built from 1958-1988. The Hoosier AMC Club was founded in 1994 and is a regional chapter of the American Motors Owners Association and the AMC Rambler Club. The Club enjoys a high level of fellowship and activities with membership open to those both inside and outside the state of Indiana.
Club Publication, Meetings and Car Shows
The Hoosier AMC Club publishes an informative bi-monthly newsletter called Hoosier Ramblings that is published the third week of every odd numbered month. Hoosier Ramblings contains a wide range of member news and restoration/preservation tech tips, as well as Meet news and keeps you up to date with what is going on around the state. Ads may be placed at any time in the newsletter for free. Contribution of articles or event dates are always welcome, submission deadlines being the third week of every even numbered month. Meetings are held at members’ homes or at various events throughout the year. Car shows around the state and chosen club activities are listed on a regular basis. We participate in many regional and national all AMC events.
Regardless of whether you own a 1958 Rambler, a 1968 AMX, a 1978 Matador, a 1988 Jeep or any other AMC vehicle, you are invited to join. We accept members who are interested in any of the AMC family of cars which include Nash, Hudson, and Willy’s Jeep. Ownership of a car is not a requirement for membership. Neither is membership in AMO or AMCRC.
